Equitopia Clubhouse & Stable Building

PROJECT BACKGROUND:
In the most recent package of works for regular client, Equitopia, ATB were instructed to design and build a new clubhouse for client entertainment and hospitality whilst also working alongside world renowned stable specialists Rower and Rub to create a new 10 -box stable and storage facility. The works included the demolition of existing facilities and installation of new infrastructure prior to constructing the new buildings.
Provided with sketches from the client’s architect for the clubhouse, ATB progressed these through to stage 4 technical design before undertaking the construction phase and completing a full turnkey package of the building including mechanical and electrical fit out. Working closely with the client during the closing stages of the fit out we were able to provide a premium, bespoke finish, in-keeping with standards and theme previously implemented at Equitopia.
Running concurrently to the clubhouse project, the client commissioned a new stable block to be installed by Rower and Rub. Whilst working in partnership with Rower and Rub who provided the steel frame, stable fronts and insulated roof, ATB undertook the demolition, foundations, services installation, brickwork/blockwork, concrete floors, rendering and internal fit out of the storage rooms to deliver this bespoke stable facility in the clients custom blue finish.
To complete the package of works, ATB adjusted yard surface levels to suit new transitions between the buildings and installed more storm water drainage to deal with surface water run-off.
