PROJECT BACKGROUND
This project was for Vanda Sports Horses and A T Bone were contracted in to extend their stable block, build a car park, a wash bay, tack room and storage area.
A T Bone expanded the original stable block to include 13 new stables and enhancing their facilities to also include the addition of a wash bay, a spacious tack room, specifically to meet the needs of the client. Above the tack room, we created a dedicated storage area, maximising the use of space for equipment and supplies.
Our work also included rendering the exterior to refresh the buildings appearance and improve durability. We removed the original roof and replaced it with a high-quality insulated roof, enhancing the block being more energy efficient. The existing steelwork was carefully sandblasted and resprayed to restore its appearance. Additionally, we installed a sturdy lean-to onto the existing building, completing it with block work, durable concrete floors, efficient drainage, and lighting. This project showcases our dedication to enhancing equestrian facilities with meticulous attention to detail and robust construction techniques.
