Buntingford Cemetery Extension
Project background:
This project involved a small cemetery extension where the main scope of works included a mix of civil and landscaping operations. The site was approximately 1ha in size. Starting with soil cultivations and grading ATB then moved on to install a small carpark, spine road and sweeping footpaths all finished with a geogrid and limestone surface. The final part of the job involved and element of planting
The main obstacles ATB had to overcome through the project involved the design and installation of a swale and soakaway attenuation, creation of a brand new entrance combined with 278 works and access for the site was limited to a narrow dead-end lane making management of deliveries critical.

- 780m₃ of geogrid carpark and roadway and 420m₃ of sweeping curve geogrid footpaths
