Fran joined ATB in November 2021 following a move from London. Her role at ATB as Estate Manager includes overall responsibility for commercial and residential property portfolio including acquisition, disposal, lettings, planning.

Following A levels in 1989, a gap year working at Lamberts Chartered Surveyors in the City turned into a four-year gap year working in commercial sales and lettings. Fran returned to City University Business School and gained an honours degree in Property Valuation and Finance, followed that with a two-year training programme to become a Chartered Surveyor for an International property firm CBRE in the West End and City. Fran’s passion and drive helped her successfully rise through the ranks where she progressed from Associate to subsequently Director of Acorn Homes.

Bringing a wealth of knowledge, Fran has been integral in building ATB’s property portfolio. Her positive attitude and fun-loving character keep the office staff on their toes!

In her spare time Frans enjoys spending time with her son, eating out, cooking, interior design, architecture, & travel.
