Reception Administrator
We are a diverse agribusiness and are looking for a proactive Reception Administrator to work with us in our high spec office and to join our friendly growing team in Hertfordshire. You must have had some previous administration experience and be confident answering and redirecting phone calls.
The ideal person will be a self-starter, flexible with the ability to act on their own initiative.

Your role will include but is not limited to:
- Checking deliveries and signing off delivery notes ensuring that all orders are complete, keeping a digital record of delivery notes.
- Arranging deliveries.
- Maintaining databases
- Filing and scanning documents
- Digitalising records
- Preparing outgoing post and taking it to the post office
- Answering telephone calls, taking messages and dealing with email enquiries
- Covering the reception area, meeting, and greeting customers, ensuring all visitors are signed in and out
- Maintaining supplies including stationery
- Ensuring that the kitchen area and facilities are kept tidy and stocked
- Uniform stock maintenance
- First aid stock maintenance and other health and safety tasks
- Maintaining cleanliness of the office and equipment
- Ad hoc admin tasks and projects
Candidate Requirements:
- Confident, approachable, and can-do attitude.
- Team player.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take initiative
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, and Outlook in particular)
Working Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday.
