Multi Trade Maintenance Person

AT Bone & Sons is a diverse agribusiness based in Hertfordshire. We are a leading provider of services for the agricultural, construction, sports amenities, and biomass sectors.

We are looking for a person to assist the Senior Commercial Property Manager with the improvement, maintenance, and upkeep of a large portfolio of agricultural, commercial, and residential properties across Hertfordshire. The job role will range from day to day repairs and maintenance through to small project renovations.

The successful applicant will need to be solution orientated, have a positive can-do attitude, and be capable of working independently and alongside other trades with good communication skills.

The varied nature of our business and the work involved means that no day will be the same, so we are looking for a pro-active individual who loves a challenge!

The role would suit a multi trader who can provide great service and deliver to a high standard, duties will include:

1. Carpentry.

2. Plumbing

3. Electrical

4. Plastering

5. Decorating

6. Tiling

7. Bricklaying

8. Working independently, completing paperwork, and driving from job to job.

9. Health and Safety awareness

10. Compiling material lists

It would be great if the applicant is qualified to use a cherry picker and forklift, however training will be provided if required.

Hours: 7am until 4.30pm
