General Farm Operative

We are looking for an experienced general farm operative that can undertake a range of tasks.  The ideal person will be proactive with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Your duties may include but are not limited to:

• Farm tasks and machinery operations

Requirements

The ideal person will have:

• Full drivers’ licence
• Competent, experienced machinery operator
• Experience in operating 360 digger
• Have at least 2 seasons tractor driving experience
• Experience working on farms of large-scale operations
• Good attention to detail
• Self-motivated approach and good use of own initiative
• Experience of GPS
• Be enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Be flexible with a can- do attitude
• Be hardworking
• Be conscientious and take pride in their work
• Willing to take responsibility and ownership

Salary:  Competitive

Hours: 45+ per week
